Cheating vs. using transmog mod

I have yet to encounter any cheaters, and I play co-op every mission.
I have however seen the kill times for the arena, where the leaderboards is filled with kills in 0,01 seconds.

Do these people get banned? Has anyone gotten banned for cheating yet?

I'm looking into using one of the transmog mods available. It seems silly to possibly get banned for using it.

i ran with modded charms and gear in mh4u and mh3u all the time in my squads, never pub games but its still online and none of us ever got banned to this day. i miss the days of powersaves.

I use mod to not get 10 fps vs Teostra, i m not rich enough to get an high end PC, so i have to "cheat" in order to be on an equal footing!

How someone plays is up to them. They can choose to play legit. They can also choose to use mods, transmog, cheats or a mix of the three. Though the key word here should be rather obvious - choice. Anyone who plays legit should only choose to do so because they enjoy it, not to wear it as a badge of honor or to be able stick their nose up at those who don't.

Transmog is purely visual. The people who farmed for that set actually have the set, with transmog you just have the looks of the set. if that can still get you so riled up then pull that stick out of your a** and grow up.

Transmog is not cheating lol, It doesn't give you any benefits whatsoever.
Its not cause you transmog an armor that you will get the skills and stats. Its purely cosmetic.
If you don't want to transmog, fine, I respect your choice. Stop whining about it though.

True, CAPCOM hasn't finalized their stance on mods yet, but it is pretty clear that modding was simply not intended for this game.

If you can't stand looking like a clown, then you can never be a true MH fan. It has been and always will be one of MH traditions. If you wanna look like a dragon warrior or a maid when fightin monsters, I'd recommend something like FFXIV for transmogs and your fashion fantasies.

If Capcom would have just made a built-in system for ALL amors to be able to be layered, so long as you crafted them (Basically like how Terraria does it's cosmetic armor) then the transmog wouldn't even exist
