I would have said Zorah, but you don't fight Zorah. Frankly they could have made Zorah a cutscene and you get loot for not skipping it (which you can't in this game anyway). It would have been just as engaging. If Zorah was a fight like Xeno, difficulty not withstanding, I'd say Zorah instead. Fighting a living volcano could have been made so badass.
Or, Arch-Tempered Gold Crown Zorah Magdaros, a volcano tortoise so big it shatters reality and the fault line itself
Why hasn't Capcom hired you yet!? These are things the game seriously needs!
teo on the other hand surprises everyone with his explosions, faster attacks, and the constant fire damage which has a near 50% uptime, it challenges new players who dont manage resources or can deal meaningful chunks of damage at a time. + the lava environment and his little cave are a huge deathtrap if you cant 1hko teo when hes sleeping.
xeno is far too slow to ever be a danger.
