yeah 5 gold reward quests do exist, i ahd one for Teo on console but... it was back in a time when he was REALLY annoying to fight. so me and some friends took the quest on and drained it out.

we got nothing.

They do exist, but are insanely rare. The best I've gotten is 4 gold rewards. But I didn't post it online, I save those investigations to play with friends, as I'd rather share that fortune with the people I know.

As I understand it, every part of the investigation is essentially randomly selected separately. So two people could get investigations that are identical in every way except for the time limit.
Someone might get a 5 gold that's got a 50 minute limit. Someone else might get stuck with 15.

Honestly, I'd say if this was a hacked quest, they would have hacked it better. So my money's on a legit one.
