you don't do it from the ground. It's a move you soley do sliding while holding rtrig

If you're charging and release it while sliding on a slope it will get you to perform the hammer aerial spin
So many of the dozens of questions you ask daily could be answered in a single YouTube tutorial

And just that you know if you spin enough rounds the last hit actually do good damage, if I manage to hit 5-6 or so times and the last one lands does 400+damage, if I end up mounting I would often just jump off, hold charge and try to land a jump hit and repeat the sliding spinning attack.

hold R2/RT to do your charge move, run down a slope, once the slide animation happens simply let go. I absolutely love spamming this when possible lol

just trigger your character slide animation and release the charge button
you don't need to fully charged it
it's god gift use it wisely
There are some walls around different biomes that you can also do the Ariel attack on. Like walls with small mass of mushrooms, charge and roll towards it and you can do it. Some walls have dried vines(with thorns i think) in the Wild Wastes.

Two ways you can aerial spin2win.

1) running down a slope while charging and letting go of the charge button.

2) running up a mushroomed/semi wines or roped walls whilst charging up your attack.

I recommend watching Arrekz's Hammer Guide video if it's still unclear to you.

does what you do when you slide matter to how many charges you have?

I don't think the amount of charges matter, but the angle of the landing will determine how many spins you will do

ok.

Usually weapons have a specific attack when sliding, some being more fancy than others like the hammer or dual blades for example.
