Should I rush to get to get 6 star quests?
I heard we get better things at lvl 6 quests Or should I do everything first then move on?

What do you mean you get "better things at hr6?" And HR 6 is not the same as 6 star quests

I meant unlocking high rank stuff someone told me it starts with lvl 6 quests

LR armour is completely useless but you'll still need some of their materials to upgrade your weapons so just enjoy the game, rushing just allows you to start grinding HR armour faster.

Honestly, there is no point on rushing, you will get stuck if you can't keep your armor and weapons up to the level of the content you are doing. Play the way you want, imho there is no need to rush

And there are some LR optionals you can be doing that will help benefit your journey into HR. I'm currently backtracking to craft all the LR armor and stuff I didn't get.. just because. x3 Something to do!

What i did was to slay/capture every available monster to unlock their armor and craft what you need, then move on with the plot to new monsters.
I still have handful of 6* quests but i'm in no hurry to hunt any of those since i already got what i deemed best for now.
Main point is - unlock new things - then backtrack if you need to, it's not like those quest are gonna run away

Sure, there's nothing wrong with that. If you're good enough to not get hit then just upgrade your weapon for damage.
Yes and No
if you're new to the game, its better to learn all of the necessary mechanics first in the low rank
if you're old to the game, by all means do it

If you are having fun in low rank then take your time and keep doing what you wanna do there. But if you wanna progress then yeah should probably go to high rank.

Just play? You'll unlock stuff until you reach hr 100. Since there are no xp it's really up to you to set the pace.

However after lowrank you'll replay a lot of the content, so I'd advise to not burn yourself out over lowrank stuff. But rushing is not necessary.

Better to do every single quest before fighting the endboss. I rushed through everything ignoring all optionals which resulted in a far to low hunter rang which forced me to grind hardcore for tempered missions.

1. Decide what weapons you'd like to use.
2. Decide what weapon trees of chosen weapons you'd like to use.
3. Farm monster parts to make those weapons.
4. Do optional quests that unlock Mantles and kitchen ingredients.
5. Do Deliveries - farm monsters - to make more camps on all maps, it will be useful in future.

You dont need high rank armor right away... Just enjoy the game, take your time and explore.

You do get better stuff later, but you don't need it now. you will need it when they unlock it.

That said I wouldn't make too many pieces of LR armor. I'd stick to one set and level it up as much as you can. Once you hit HR you can craft as many sets as you think make sense. The HR sets will last longer (though you always want to be mindful of your resources ofc)

You should rush past low rank. High Rank is there gear you make actually matters. dont rush past that tho. enjoy yourself.
