6 Star Optional Quest Bugged

I completed every single 6 star optional quest, including the special arena ones, but it keeps saying completed in blue letters which means i didnt do something. I checked all the quest with the wiki and i should have done them all. anyone knows how to fix this or has the same problem?

The Third fleet master had a quest-chain from what I recall. You can't see the ! unless you walk up to her.

I know about that one and ive already completed that chain aswell :/

Did you do Zorah Magdaros? Just because you did it twice during the story, doesn't mean you've completed it for optional 6 star.
Outside of that, you do need to do the Chef Quest stuff and the special arena HR's... If you check the SOS board for Optional rank 6star quests, you can check if any appear without the completed tag next to them. If so, you'll know what you've missed. Just check it from time to time, in case someone posts the quest you've missed. It's best to SPECIFICALLY search for the optional 6 stars, because the board only seems to return a set number of results each time. Filtering specifically means you'll get a lot more results relating to what you're looking for.

For some reason after capturing a monster his arena quest did not show up at all. I had to sos snipe for them (happened with Barroth and Radobaan).

Special arena qeusts 'randomly' show up after you unlock them, you would/will eventualy see them come up for you.
