For the same reason we got Gobul but still no adult Gobul, or just Tigerstirpe Zamtrios and not Tigerstirpe Zamite, or why we know about a white Alatreon but we never saw it.

Probably we'll see it in WorldU... or simply a Great Shamos doesn't exist as Shamos don't require an alpha..

Shamos are prolly the most beta of all the pseudo-prey monsters in this one. The little Girros Chad up whenever something gets knocked down and give paralyzes a-plenty. Shamos just run in as fodder for CB users.
