Depends on how many viewers you have and whether the devs think your stream would be good for publicity or not. You could try contacting Capcom I suppose.

In an age when anyone can 'be a streamer', I think they expect you to have a very dedicated and proven channel that pulls in the viewers when you go live. Otherwise you're just someone that has a stream running which a lot of people can do without much effort. =\

100% a twitch thing because they have a monopoly on streaming for games. Other websites try, but either close down from lack of revenue or just get no click-traffic what so ever. Usually both.
