Im going to test Health Boost 3 on Bow playstyle with other Temper monsters later see if they can one shot me !!
- I've been in love for Sticky for too long, now Bow make me feel Newbie
Did you try to actually get behind the logic? If your Thunder Res is so bad that pretty much any lightning bolt kills you regardless of HB3, it is wasted. In that (niche) case resistance is worth more. Obviously you want to pair decent resists with HB. Also, I neither care for your explanation nor did I need it.
Then you can fit in Spread and Normal Up, and Constitution 5 if you don't like using dash juice. Silver a head, chest and legs, Silver b arms and Nami b waist, Fitness IV or whatever you like.
i already carry Dash in my LoadOut !
- But bow user dont need to dash every second , u only dash the first attack get it to the 2nd charge. and the rest just Auto and spread. But yea i did lose some damage on Normal/Spread Jewel, but still deal around 60-70 dmg per hit is good enough
this ensures maximum survivability at the basic level. there are more advanced ways to improve it but honestly they either end up not worth it for your everyday build or minimal in your survival calculations.
Bow is pretty strong damage-wise on Iceborne endgame, unfortunately everything hits really hard, prepare for a lot of one shots especially since there's not a lot of options armor-wise for bow, its just silver sol where you mix and match 1 piece out depending on the element. I doubt you'd have enough space for both divine and hb without your damage starting to suffer.
From my 2nd account : Maybe, but not so sure !
- U choose to lose ( Crit boost , Crit , Weakness exploit,..... ) then u will have enough slot to place in Health + Divine.
- Or u can decide to put ( Deco lvl 4 : Weakness / Health or Weakness / Divine )
Along that same point, it sounds like it might be good for you to play around with some skills that help you to not get hit at all. I've never used bow, but, personally, for any weapon without a shield, I use 2 points in Evade Extender; the additional distance makes a lot of attacks much easier to avoid, which then means you can keep damage going.
So basically you're a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ immortal. You're basically Talion from Shadow of War, except without the prior death.
For armor sets. Just use velkhana head and chest beta.
Blackveil arm and waist beta.
Garuga leg beta.
And now you get dmg reduction, health boost, recovery and eat faster.
Before iceborne, Divine Blessing would very much proc 50% of the time.
Now it is 25% activation rate between Lv1 to 4. 40% at Lv5.

(I did a little field test, it does seems like 25% or maybe less).
- Ill switch my Temporal Mantle for Gliding Mantle ( extra lvl 4 slot ) More Divine and Slugger
