Guild Medal Pendants.

I got my achievement for helping 10 lower ranked players with their missions, and when I finished it, I was awarded with a Bronze Guild Medal pendant. That was cool, but since it is Bronze, I'm almost 100% certain there is a Silver and Gold variant. I don't want to look up anything, but I've done well over 40 missions since getting my Bronze Pendant, and still nothing. A friend of mine said I only needed to do 20 for the silver, but I've done about 50 total now. Does anyone know if this is just currently bugged, or if I am missing something and I need to pick the item up somewhere? Also probably worth mentioning, I am only counting missions that actually give me a reward for "Helping a low rank hunter". If I don't get a reward like that, I don't count it. Thanks!

"Go to the smithy and go into the forge tab we're you have the options to craft weapons, armor, layerd armor's, ect. There should be a tab for it somewhere twords the bottom of those options."

"You forge them in a tab directly under layered armor, you just need to get the mats to do so before the option is available. You need guiding lands materials."

"You can get the materials after you beat the final boss, the craft option should show up after the assignment (not the final boss one, the one after that)"

Not sure about the LR/HR helping pendants tho, might have to look more
Make sure the person you're helping do not have any MR, and you might also want to check if the SOS you're joining has a MR player or not, idk if it affects the pendant count

last i checked, the bronze silver gold is 10/20/40 but i think only the ones you get a ticket in the reward screen counts. main story quests have a high chance to drop those while optional are lower chances. not sure if investigation gives them at all.

I got mines on ps4. I didnt count as I went, but it was similar to the numbers above.

Perfect. I just tried a few more, and I happen to get it on a mission where I was awarded a silver ticket, so maybe only those count? I'm not sure. Either way, I did finally get it. Was for sure more than 20 though. Closer to 60. :P
