Want to set the default place in Seliana, not Astera.

Is there any way to set the starting place to Seliana?

I am annoyed to forced back to Astera after non-specific quests (like random SOS, or my expedition).

Somehow the game forces me back to Astera every time I finish something. I hate Astera where every shop or dinner is far from entrance.

Seliana is far better to get to Smithing, Plantation, etc.

When you're loading a save game, when the confirmation prompts, press 'R'.
This allows you to select a starting point.
