Guard Charm Missing?
I am not seeing this in my Forge Charms list.
Does it need to be unlocked first? Did the name change?
The fextralife-wiki doesn't have much information available.

Edit: I'm referring to the Guard Charm that grants Iron Skin.

Says it needs Barnos parts (the wingdrakes that live in Elder's Recess). It's also a Rarity 6 charm (first one in the list actually).

If you can't see it I'm guessing you either have yet to gain access to the Elder's Recess, or maybe haven't obtained one of the different Barnos parts ('Talons' or 'Hide+').

If you mean the standard guard skill that reduces pushback/stamina cost:
Ironside Charm I
Radobaan Marrow x1
Radobaan Oilshell x2

You mean the one that gives Iron Skin (Guard Charm)? Or do you mean the on that gives Guard (Ironside Charm)?

The one that gives Iron Skin; actual name is "Guard Charm I".

Ok, turns out I never had any Barnos parts so it wasn't listed. Silly me.
