How do i get threat level 2 tempered investigations?

pretty much the title, i cant find anything on gamefaqs about it

Collect tracks of/kill tempered lvl2 monsters

Best the quest you are given at hr30. Once you beat those 2 tempered bazels you will have access to threat 2 high rank investigations.

Best way seems to be to level up your MR so you can max out Region level at Guiding Lands. Tempered tracks should start appearing there as well.

By achieving a high enough MR, keep on questing and doing stuff.

I believe it's tied to MR level now. If it's over a certain point, you level up and can get the harder content.

I got tier 2 tempered investigation after the MR49 uncap quest. After that tier 2 tempereds also showed up in the GL.

also , guiding lands is your best option. get a lot of tracks.
