How exactly does Attack up (L) food buff work?
I just assumed it was a multiplier, but i cant seem to find anything on it. If its a straight raw damage increase like attack boost, id rather use brews.
Since iceborne is out adding an extra 21 damage to my insane weapon isnt gona do much.
Also how does it work for Fish and Veggies?

It adds a lot of damage - 15 true raw. Stacks with might seed, demon drug and demon powder. The way raw values work mean a lot more than the UI lets on.

So Apparantly Food Attack Up L, and Buff Attack Up L are 2 distinct things. Having the sword effect just means u get a 15% damage increase but food and demon drug gives true raw damage.

That being said, is it even worth it to get raw damge for iceborne? With the defender set im breezing through MR3 and the weapons in iceborne are 3x better than base. I imagine Beverage drink buffs might be more worthwhile. But idk

It depends on the motion values for what you're using and whether you have crit boost or not. If you're using a low motion value attacks and aren't maximizing your damage with 100% affinity + crit boost then obviously, it's not going to be that worth it.
