I thought they would be 1 or 2 shotting you but they only do a bit more damage than HR monsters. So far.
didn't fail the quest but i'm not gonna say it wasn't close
definitely feels good to struggle through things again though
But I’m 6 monsters in, so that will likely change lol..
Perhaps you would be interested in learning of the salvation of our doot and savior, the hunting horn?
(I’ve been using HH exclusively, and it has been a fantastic weapon for everything so far. Using the mad bone horn, so I can enjoy free earplugs, attack up XL, free evade window/movement speed, and the oh-so glorious muck/deep snow movement resistance)
The Viper only issue to me was following up with the camera we he start to jump around you. I hate the lock on target
That was, for the most part, my experience, too. I took a cart due to poison only because I wasn't able to drink it in time. Got slapped twice and wasn't able to get up before the sweet sweet embrace of death.
