Best Greatsword for Iceborne?

Is the rocket blade/wyvern impact still viable? Or the Anguish GS? I also just crafted Ogres Jaw 1, how is that one? Thanks in advance.

For the moment, the best GS is acidic glavenus.

Before the "mad monkey" and the siege event, 'Acidic Glavenus' has one of the highest raw DMG GS.

I was using the Wyvern Ignition Impact most of the time but i felt it was more weak now on Iceborne or something, its probably just me lol

some weapons are clearly better than others

master rank just starts scaling up a lot higher than high rank immediately
it's just like the gap from low rank->high rank again

Yeah makes sense monsters hit harder and have larger health pools. Pretty fun so far.
