I've refreshed a couple of times and it still says "approximately an hour left". e_e

its bcz the steam page wont show minute when its longer than an hour, 1 hour 50 mins would show as approximate 1 hour, 1 hour 10 mins will show that too, only when its less than 1 hour then it will show minute like 50 mins left

The Yakumo layered is pre-order bonus, it cost nothing
Unless you mean Silver Knight layered, that one is included in the Deluxe kit which cost $10
