Will the Silver Knight Deluxe kit Iceborn Layered set be available to buy after launch?

Does anyone know about this, or have any information about this? I know they made the Samurai/base game deluxe kit available for purchase after launch but wasn't sure if it'll be the same for Iceborne since it's an expansion and whatnot. I'm just not sure the extra money is worth it right now as there's going to be so many other awesome new armor sets to work for in Iceborne.

Probably, but we've got no info on if capcom will make the deluxe content available as its own purchase.

I'd assume so as they did with the base game's deluxe crap.

or was it after the delux version got removed in preperation of iceborne?

I think so. The normal deluxe version for Monster Hunter World was added the day after it was release. Don't see why it won't be the same for Iceborne.

Gotcha. Kind of what I was thinking. Just curious, are you guys going to get the deluxe version? I kind of want that silver knight armor but I don't like buying content that has been ripped out of the game just to sell to me as extra. Especially when it's so expensive.

i see.didn't know they added the deluxe kit content after the deluxe version was removed.

yea, i'm getting the deluxe kit.
it's not actually ripped out of the game, it's simply stuff that's supposed to be exclusive to the deluxe kit.

Yeah. I think i'm gonna pass on it it. I already hate the fact that this game is ridden with Denuvo. I don't want to be exploited by having to buy content that's already in the game, just locked behind a paywall despite paying full price for a 6-month old expansion.

I don't want to get into it but you literally just said yourself that it's ingame content locked behind a paywall. It's scummy. That's why companies like CDPR are so praised They don't take fully finished, 6-month old content and sell it off with all these "deluxe/special/limited" edition garbage. MH is such a great franchise - it's just a shame that it's ran by the greedy Capcom.

some still like to compare this to Dark Souls, i guess the Silver Knight Armor is a great way for them to feel like playing a Dark Souls about Monster Hunting haha

The deluxe iceborne kit would cost as much as the World deluxe kit. As for if I would buy it, that would be a no for me.
Silver Knight layered armor set: I'm not a fan of it.
- 3 gestures: -----▼
- 2 sticker sets:---I don't really care for these.
- 1 face paint:----▲
- 1 hairstyle: -----▲
- 1 decor set (for room customization): This is what I was really excited for and would be the main selling point for me but sadly after looking up a youtube video of what it included in the set and how they looked, I decided it was not worth it for me.

i understand where you're coming from, but that how it has been since forever with Collectors editions, Steelbox editions, Deluxe editions.Either you had something of physical value or Digital Value.
And CDPR does the same with Physical Collectors items.Some enjoy their Digital things, some their physical ones that show you paid a little extra.
I've been collecting huge ass boxes for far too long and now enjoy the smaller things.
the only real collector thing i've bought in recent time that isn't digital is the FF7 remake first class edition.

Not to sound like a defender but, you do get alot of free ingame layer armor and these look better then the Silver Knight.

You can't blame devs an publishers for it really.
If people throw money at them at a "Shut up an take my money" mentality they will for sure do a easy cash grab.
Publishers are not the problem, it's the users who buy them, making it worse for everyone else.
