why nobody can explain it correctly,
capcom talks about UTC not GMT (UTC+0)
let me explain: the download of ICEBORNE starts when your clock is at 17:00 on 9/1/2020, regardless of the region in which you are located.
for example: take japan, when it is 17:00 in tokyo in malaysia it is 16:00, so you wait 1 hour after japan, in morocco it is only 8:00, so for me i must wait 9 hour, in los angeles it is necessary to wait 17 hour after the download starts in japan.
all this so as not to overload the servers dedicated to the download of iceborne

Japan is UTC+9. So that mean 9th January 17:00 +9 hours = 10th January 02:00 (2AM)

Morocco is UTC+1. So that mean 9th January 17:00 +1 hours = 9th January 18:00 (6PM)

Malaysia is UTC+8. So that mean 9th January 17:00 +8 hours = 10th January 01:00 (1AM)
