How do i pre download the expansion?

Just bought the digital deluxe kit, Im not seeing anything in my library nor is there a download button on the iceborne page.
Granted this is the first time i've ever prepurchased a game on steam so idk what im doing...

There will be no download button. At 17 GMT or whatever time in your country the download for Iceborne will just start if you pre-ordered. You can manualy download the UHD texture pack for Iceborne.

It's DLC. You can download regardless of whether or not you bought Iceborne, but you will not have access to Iceborne unless you bought it.

The download should start at 17:00 UTC which is 9AM PST and 12PM EST. If it doesn't, then restart Steam.

Capcom posted in their news the release time.
