What are you using it for?
Tank wyvernfire / wyvernsnipe

Pure offense wyvernfire

Non-wyvernfire? No.
Not on diablos HBG
Power Shooter is also good for Normal shooters, as it has a nice big magazine, status ammo and only needs 1 reload mod.
Gnashing Flammenkanone is, at first glance, the best Normal shooter on the market, but it's instantly offput by its flaw - it can use Flaming ammo, and that means it can't benefit from Non-Elemental Boost.
You can block roars with a single Shield mod, making Earplugs more of a comfort choice than anything else. You won't hugely need it.
Make sure you have non-elemental boost, normal shot boost, ammo up, and weakness exploit. Those are the biggest bonuses you'll get on a Blazooka. After that it's the usual suspects; maximum might, attack boost 4, critical boost etc.
even with huge amount of raw normal 3 sucks, 80 damage sounds good but this weapon its for aiming those juicy 400+ wyvern explosions.
Ammo Up and the Xeno set bonus is basically mandatory, unlike some other HBG's that can get away with not using it.
You don't need Guard Up to block roars, though.
