Is Nergigante the worst enemy design ever!?

I noticed that unlike other enemies that includes other elders, Nergigante seem to like spamming cheap moves to kill you more often than the others. I have fought and beaten countless other higher tier enemies like teostra or deviljho (including tempered) but Nerg is the most infruiating for me and probably the only one i find extremely unfair. His attack behaviour is either spamming that ground sweep attack (I dont know what its called) or tail sweep (also dont know what its called) non stop. The times that I failed a quest always involves Nergigante and my god he is so damn infuriating.

Sorry.But being an IG user I found Kushala more troublesome followed by Teostra. I had a lot of fun fighting Nerg.

It's a bad thing to say but guys if oyu can't beat Nergigante without using SOS Flare then you should uninstall becaue you aint be hunters ...
Nergigante first time I did it I killed it with 1 death only .
He is pretty easy now... All you have to do is focus the legs while staying under him ....
Also Nergigante only have 7k hp solo / 14k when x2 players / 28k hp when x4

Uhh theres only 2 hp scalings for the monsters afaik . Solo and multiplayer. 2 people fighting Nerg would still have him at the same hp as 4 people fighting him.

So you have a problem with a monster that can easily be countered by just hitting the weak spots that are showing everywhere but you don't have a problem with another monster that dishes out damage by just existing unless you use one of the rare weapons that have elderseal? I'm confused.

I'm sorry to be that guy but just get good. Learn patterns, defensive gameplay mechanics, and so on. Yes, the game can be unfair sometimes, but only Nergigante? Nope.

I think it depends on weapon. As a bow user, I found Kushala much easier than Nergi. Nergi's dive is very tight to superman given how slowly my character puts away the bow; I usually have to pre-sheathe in anticipation of the roar to have enough time to be sure I can pull off the dive. And Nergi is tougher to keep in position where I can hit with all 5 arrows of a spread shot since he's fast, very mobile, and not as long as many other EDs.

I know Kushala sucks for most melee users, but for a ranged weapon he was pretty easy. Sure, there's the chance of a wombo combo if you get trapped by tornadoes, particularly in the nest, but many monsters have at least some ability to wombo combo.
