Weakness exploit and Critical boost are better jewels than critical draw since your real damage comes from TC.

Yes, it is affected by Crit Draw too. More interesting is that both the aerial and sliding attacks with the GS count as draw attacks if you do them from a sheathed state as well. Don't know about the mounted finisher, probably not.

True charge is the real MVP. No point in crit draw. Just focus on landing true charge. It's stronger even if you didn't have time to charge it all the way.

Crit draw was hugely meta for great sword in prior gens. With the new chain charges and true charges it's not as good.

Gone are the days of hit-and-run GS :c

pssh, not gone. It's still powerful and worthwhile...there's just a MORE powerful option, by no means is it a "oh now the damage is horrible and doesn't work".
Honestly if you're hitting 400+ a charged slash or tcs..you're fine. Anything else is gravy.
