How do I get the Rocksteady Mantle in Iceborne

Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to get the Rocksteady Mantle. I am HR60, did the Tempered Kirin and the two Bazelgeuse. But now the guide says I have to kill three 3Star-Tempered Elder Dragons. But they dont show up in the Investigations.
I tried doing the Tempered Kirin again to get Footprints for new Tempered Investigations. But there where none. It doesnt help that many guides say different things. One suggested I hade to have at least 5 Monsters completely researched. But I have that and it didnt help either.

Anyone any idea?

nope rocksteady is unlocked after killing 3 different temp ed

rocksteady+ requires: upgrade ghillie mantle, upgrade vitality mantle, upgrade iceproof mantle and upgrade thunderproof mantle.

simply collect tracks of kirin till you get other ed or join high level grinding lands
foodbuff researcher helps to get more investigations

Apothecary Mantle requires 10 different researchlevels maxed.

There currently is an event delivery quest in Elder recess with no monster, that quest have ton of T3 tracks for you to collect

There is an event quest where you have to kill tempered Nergigante, Lunastra and Teostra. Just do that one and you are golden.

Doesn't unlock until HR100 though and OP is HR60.

Best thing to do is keep an eye on SOS or do expeditions searching for prints. You can get at least 1 or 2 reliably by going to Rotten Vale's lower camp and going to Vaal Hazak's nest, looking for prints along the way.

EDIT: Actually I might be thinking of the optional. Not at home so I can't check.
