Oh. Do more Guiding Lands. What you're looking for is Brute Tigrex, not a brute wyvern.

Rex Roar Mail Beta + is pretty late game

Brute Tigrex and can be found if you level the Rotten Vale Zone of the Guiding Lands atleast to level 6

[Suzaku]

Fight a Brute Tigrex. Upgrade your Rotten area in the guiding lands to at least level 6 and he'll have a chance to spawn.

simply lvl your rotten vale in grinding lands until the screaming tigi appears or join someone else with high rotten zone and ask if they can spawn brute tigi for you

it is not true mine appeared while rotten zone was on 3, looks like i was pretty lucky with it

Radobaan is really good for leveling up Rotted Vale area quickly, and keep in mind that level 6 just makes it so Brute Tigrex can spawn, it doesn't guarantee it. Once it's level 6, you can just jump from area to area in an expedition to refresh the GL monsters and wait till you see "???" listed.

I don't know how good the spawn rate is, but if it's anything like gold/silver Raths, then we're looking at potentially low spawn rates. Either wait for it to spawn, or repeatedly go back and forth from other locales to randomize the monster spawns in the guiding lands. If you look to the guiding lands and see that an unknown monster has shown up, then go look for him.
