Lynian Observation Question

So, some more observations were added to the Lynian Researcher, but I'm seeing only 2 on PC, 4 on what I'm assuming is console; Am I missing something, the internet isn't providing much, but did PC only get these 2 observations?

I hate that Skinny Dipping one. Took me AGES to find the right circumstances for him to spawn again, AKA Blizzard + Night. Game was being super cruel with the RNG.

First time I tried the little bastard spotted me and vanished before I got the perfect shot. There was much salt.

Especially because he literally dabbed on me before leaving. What a punk.

That and the fact you need to fly to him, always a pain due to being spotted by a Wulf nearby just before I can hit the bird with a stone. Slows it down so much.

Oh, I don't think you need to but I might have got lucky or something, for me he was in the spring in Area 2 just near where you needed to hook onto a wingdrake.

The other Boaboa probably end up scaring him away though unless you approach with a Ghillie mantle. You can see his little icon on the map, like the Boaboa icon, if he's present or not. At least I could, anyway.

Like I said above, the icons for pictures no longer shows up for me, I no idea why, making me have to search each location everytime. Not sure why sometimes they showed to alert you and now not at all

Yeah, I understand. Sounds very annoying.

That happened to me with Eat or Be Eaten, I snapped a picture of him catching a Goldenfry but apparently that wasn't the right conditions, but then the golden icon thing on the minimap was no longer there for me no matter which filter setting I was on. Made checking for it annoying but at least in that case I could fast travel right there pretty much.

Well I hope RNG blesses you with a spawn soon, and long nights of nothing but blizzard weather too!
