Errr...how does one get these Unity Symbols? So far, I've only done the limited bounty quests for Gratitude Tickets.
Haven't come across any quests yet that give Unity Symbols.

Do the event qest A Shocking Climax.
You have to kill a Zinogre and Naminele.
Its a dual monster qest so they have less healht than usual.
Does not take more than 20-25 minutes if your team is competant.
Did the qest like 3 times in less than an hour and upgraded Dante Sword Geralts Sword And Crafted that new Hamer. Will do more tomorow.
