What quest gives the gratitude tickets?

So far, I have only received it from Limited Bounties. :)

Limited Bounties is the norm for event tickets sometimes they will add them on the daily logon bonus, but that is usually when an event is revisited.

There is an astral armor or something that gives you a chance of earning tickets as special rewards as a set bonus. Might be a different ticket though there seems to be VIP versions too.

Try completing the daily limited bounties.

The standard gratitude tickets are unlocked through the daily bounties.
The VIP tickets can be unlocked through any quests as a post-quest reward and their drop chance increases if youre wearing the astral armor set.

Complete daily limited bounties.
- Craft astral , wear full set and go kill any MR monsters to get VIP ticket ( if u lucky ) to craft Layor armor.

I wore the astral armour. Did 3 event quest. Did not get a VIP ticket.

It never said "guarantees VIP ticket", only "increases chances"

astral outfit worked fine
tested so far the new mr event quest and always got one ticket
i can't talk about the helping lr player bonus but it always worked while unlocking the rocket hammer and palast weapons.
