Purple skill upgrade?
Free Meal still has only one pip in the UI, but has Lv2 and Lv3 versions listed in a more detailed tooltip with purple outlines on the boxes. What's that?

Some MR armours have "[skill name] Secret" as a set bonus. Enabling it to go beyond the usual limit (into the purple).

In this case, it's Tigrex's armor set that provides the bonus.

Do note you need to actually put in decoration to reach that new level, its just not given.

In the case of Free Meal Secret, which the example in the question was, when using the Alpha pieces of the Tigrex armour set it is actually given, 1 level each in 3 of the Alpha pieces which in combination bring you to Level 3, Chest, Waist and Leggings iirc, though I don't doubt there are probably some that require Decorations on top of the armour set to reach, and if you have the decorations to do so Beta sets may be better to use than the Alpha set
