Honestly that 3d pixle monstrosity looks awful would have rather got the 3ds palico outfit way better but yeah you missed out.

A Rush Of Blood is still currently available but it ends tomorrow you need five tickets from it to craft the whole set

This. The Harvest Festival is back ATM, which means every event is up. You can see from the event schedule[game.capcom.com] that the Rush of Blood event is available until 11/01 23:59 UTC. For sure you have tonight and - depending on your time zone - maybe part of tomorrow night to get the palico armor and weapon. It'll take you five runs at most if you don't pray hard enough to RNGesus to get everything.
