Help with canteen ingredients

Hi all,

Im missing Giga steak, Precious Abalone and Elysian fruit.

I found them from their respective maps but the ingredients were not unlocked after i 'return from experdition'

Can anyone help? Thanks!

You need to talk to the 3 NPC after you have the required materials . Then you select complete bounty .

Do you mean the npc at astera? I do not have any bounty to begin with

Yes the NPC you get the quest from the meow chef but you unlock the ingredients at the the 3 npc.

Hmm thats weird i dont have the quest from the canteen chef

Oh I understand now what you mean . You cant unlock the ingredients yourself you need to get the quest from either the chef or fiver the guy that sits in front of the canteen be sure to check for (!) Sign on your map.

I tried looking but there are no ! signs anywhere on the map. Do you know the name of those quests? Maybe i have need to do something to unlock the quest.

Just progress further into the game it will come up soon. I am not sure what are the names of those quest . Try talking to the chef and the the 3 npc

giga steak should be the rare amber spot from elder recess where you need the amper map bonus and can be found in the river between gajalaka camp and comission camp12

the other 2 are just the super rare versions from normal conch shell spots and crimson fruit spot

Thanks for your reply. I actually found the abalone and fruit, but they were not registered into the canteen ingredients after i 'return from experdition' so im not sure whats the problem.

Yea i just checked i have no more ! anywhere on the map and i finished the story quest. My last main quest was tempered kirin

Update: I just talked with every single npc and found no quest in both astera and the other maps. The only quest i have currently is the one to catch an ancient fish.
