Else if you want good looking 4k you'll have to sacrifice the 60 FPS part. With a GTX 1070 ti, 4k play gives me roughly 45~50.
However I would recommend turning off Volumetric Fog. It eats FPS and makes the game colors look more dead.
If you want even more of a boost use this (If you have patience would recommend the reshade version):

its all in the right settings being high and others being low or off. i actually run volumetric on low and its still impactful on performance, but just to the point it drags me back down to 60, a game like this anything higher than 60 will feel like a waste.
as for mods, i dont recommend them, i've seen random issues pop up with reshade mods among others. some minor issues and some severe problems but thats usually the guy using a ton of mods that dont play well together, then not having backed up their saves before doing this.
lol all low settings would look like crap even in 4k he would be better off going for high 1440p just turn off V fog and AO. that's what i did and i have a GTX 1080 this game is poorly optimized.
I was being sarcastic. And yes 1440p would be fine.
The only thing I have disabled completely if Volumetric Fog. And I wouldn't say it is stable. Never tested 4k in an actual hunt to be certain, I mostly increase my resolution to take screenshots. Like the other guy said, try 1440p, and turn off Volumetric Fog and AO or just the former and see what best suits you.
That's usually the guy who doesn't know what he is doing. Reshading shouldn't be affected by other game file mods, only by shaders or other crap that alters the game's .exe
maybe on low, but i would rather have everything enabled on a lower res
you should clean your 1080TI because mine easily runs 1440p 90fps.
and 1080p on your 1440 monitor must look like crap because the pixels do not fit 1:1.
