Would removing a mod re-enables achievements?

I wanna try to use transmog mod since it's only cosmetic and (let's just be honest here) 1 layered armor isn't enough customization.
If I played with the mod and I decided to delete it and "re-vanilla" my game, would I be legitimate for achievement once again?

Achievements aren't disabled with mods, also transmog isn't really a mod in the tradition sense.

I tried transmog once, it doesn't really change anything except your appearance. But I deleted it afterwards because it can change your armor appearance to another armor but can't let me stay armorless with just starting underwear.

Oh? I thought games are automatically disable the achievement progress if it isn't vanilla?

Steam and MHW have 0 protection against achievements by modding.

The only games that disable achievements while modding have explicit mod support that is advertised by the developer, and the disabling of achievements is set in place by the dev as well.
