I have non gaming laptop but i can play games like skyrim ultra 60fps or For Honor medium 60fps.

MX 150 2GB
I5 8250u
8GB Ram
Windows 10

Going off the Benchmark of Skyrim at Ultra 60fps, i'm gonna say you'll run it, maybe not maxed out; but playable.

Not super familar with the card, but I'm gonna guess like medium-ish settings? High FPS with occasional dips.

It's not a great looking game, but it is poorly optimized. You can always refund it before 2 hours are up if it really doesn't work out.

MX 150 is a nvidia gpu that generally comes with U processors.

I don't think Skyrim is a good way to test your FPS at all, but it sounds like you could run it. Just not at good graphics.

It's the mobile variant of the GT 1030. It comes in two versions, the normal one and a lower power variant.

Make sure you use driver version 398.36.

Dont bother... it will play terrible on that gpu... dont listen to anyone here you'll just have a bad time and end up hating the game

This game is a glutton for processing power, your cpu is well below the minimum requirements. Maybe it'll run it, but I wouldn't place much in the way of expectations on it.

Then again, Steam freely refunds within 2 weeks and 2 hours playtime, so give it a go and see for yourself.

The video card is fine, the CPU is below minimum specs, so chances are that you won't be able to run it well. It *may* run, but it is below what Capcom recommends.
