What does Recovery Up do?

It says "Increases the amount recovered when healing". So when I am drinking a health potion will I recover more health with this skill/perk?

So it has nothing to do with healing potions? Meaning it will not increase the amount of healing done by a potion?

Recovery Up: 10%, 20%, 30% more recovered from health reccovery items/abilities

Peak Performance: 5, 10, 15 extra attack when health is full

Sporepuff Expert: 20, 35, 60 health recovered when using sporepuffs

Nergigante Hunger: Recover health when attacking enemies with a weapon

Vaal Hazak Vitality: Recover health indefinitely without needing red / yellow recoverable health

Recovery Speed: 200%, 300%, 400% natural recovery speed of red / yellow recoverable health
