Audio seems very low

Audio in the game seems very low even though i had max out volume. I tried set to tv, home theather and headphone mode but sound the same.
Anyone having this issue?

From my experience the volume is higher in boss fights and lower in other areas. Maybe this was purely intentional but I prefer it that way. To minimize that sound level difference, set 'Dynamic Range' in audio options to 'Narrow Range'. I've also enabled 3D audio.

Thanks it fixed the audio i was on 'wide range'. However on 'Narrow range' option , the audio sounds loudest but a bit fuzzy. I settled on 'medium range' stil need to crank up the audio a little bit though.
