What does HH "health recovery" do?
The skill does "recovery speed" increases red health regeneration, and the skill "recovery up" increases the amount of healing from items and lifesteal on yourself. So which is health recovery or is it something different entirely? Actaul missing health regen maybe?

Yes. Health recovery allows you to regenerate the missing part of your healtbar. It's slow as hell though unless you specifically specced in to it with other skills and maybe a health regen weapon augment.

Oh ok I was just watching a video and health recovery is like a instant heal not a regen
