The White Winds of the New World quest

I'm trying to unlock this so I can get a silly ticket. 1-8 stars are all RED completed but I still can't find it. Do I need to do the 9* optionals as well? I keep seeing that we have to do Xeno'jiva optional to unlock it. Thanks!

I believe you needed to do all the delivery requests aswell that received out on expeditions but I'm not entirely sure. It could be that its locked behind the HR100 quest, but for some reason I feel like I had that armor set before I did that mission. Could just be time messing with my memory though. Might be better to trust the words of google here.

How can you make 7-8 star red????

I've only got blue, I've read somewhere that you need to fight Deviljho and Lunastra (which still isn't in PC version).

Quests from NPCs(especially in the Research Base over near Coral Highlands) and capturing monsters for Special Arena. Those are the quests most people miss when going for Red Completion

have you unlocked the ones that require you to have maxed out the research level for 10 and 15 monsters?

You need to do the reseasrch 10 and 15 monsters quests. The only quests you don't need are the evasion mantle, the rocksteady mantle and the HR 99 urgent as far as I'm aware.

I'm actually did all quest listed in this link, include quests from NPC and Special Arena, except Deviljho and Lunastra.

I've also done all quests listed in that link, and I have all Red Completed tags in my optional quests. Deviljho and Lunastra are not required.

Also, I didn't see this in your post the first time I read, my apologies. I'm pretty sure you do need the Xeno optional completed for it to unlock. Not the rest of the 9* optionals though. Not even sure why the Xeno would be a requirement in the first place, but I'm pretty sure it is.

Okay, I can confirm you NEED to do the optional 9* Xeno'jiva quest + All assignments, and optionals 1-8 to unlock this quest. I see it now.

You also need to do the limited optional Zorah Magdoros and Xenojiva quests.

This is the biggest tripping point for a lot of people.
