I’m sure Capcom will hold a grudge at all the ungrateful little ♥♥♥♥♥ who downvoted the game. Funny how the game has 60% negative reviews but is still top seller and top 3 most played on steam, yet there’s no pleasing people. It’s not the perfect port but it’s better than 99% of the games on steam.

They can delay it for ten years if that give them time to learn how to port a game on pc.

The relationship between gamers and devs is getting increasingly abusive with bad ports and business practices to raging and bitter name calling. If it weren't for these companies being businessess that have to abide by rules and regulations as well as make money, gamers, particularily pc gamers would be S.O.L when it comes to quality games. Toxic rage gamers are among the worst species on the planet. However there's nothing wrong with demanding a quality/promised product, how you do it is what make the difference.

Playing witcher 3 on ultra 4k at 60 fps? Sure! One does not simply play Mh world at 1440p/60 fps.. low res texture are heavier than i thought

Neither Witcher nor Dauntless are fun. One has a story of a medieval Polish guy (disclaimer: I'm not into medieval Polish guys), and another has naive graphics and gameplay which will take 3-5 years to come even close to MHW.

And I concur - Capcom most likely will delay next PC release for year(s), to avoid spoiling console sales with meaninglessly low PC rating.

Good, maybe they'll even delay it enough to test it even a little bit & make the game work before releasing it this time. My multiplayer is still a complete trash fire after the so-called "patch".

If you're expecting the actual MH:W sequel to come out anytime soon enough worth speculating about on any level, you're in for a bad reality check. They're not even done with World and GU is about to launch on Switch. Don't expect anything new outside of content related to those two games for a WHILE, like 2-3 years at least I'd say. World took AGES to make, so another game of its scale could be 3-4 years off at least. Depends on them, but I'd say anything under two years is being too optimistic.

And despite the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that is the PC port, it sold well, very ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ well. If they tried to put a significant delay on G-Rank, they'd see their PC users riot and that might just be the straw that breaks the back of MH PC, and a lot of those players would leave not wanting to be burned again, even if it meant missing out on something they enjoyed.

So if MH:W gets a U-Verson / G-Rank, I don't see it coming much longer after console if not at the same time. U/G is still likely 8-12+ months away, though. Don't hold your breath. What was the point of this topic..?

That's like me saying I have no internet issues so everyone else having those must be having terrible internet and they should upgrade.

The witcher 3 had plenty of problems that were unrelated to graphics at release. It also has ass combat.

It's not even remotely the same kind of game in any way, quite the opposite.
