Volume rendering off, TAA, High resolution scaling, high anisotropic filtering, mod to remove blur and the game looks crisp clear.

Reporting back. The main difference I see is with dark objects/colours when TAA is on they indeed create shadowing. I still don't have more or less motion blur. However it is weird that TAA nor FXAA do anything about jagged edges. I'm going to play a while now with it turned off. However! The problem I mean with blurry almost low res player textures is not solved by turning it off. Also switching texture settings from low to high makes no difference in the player model. All other npc's look sharper though and in the cutscenes it's wat more noticable, the girl looks way better and her clothes look sharper while my character is standing next to hur looking like a minecraft character.

i have also posted 6 screens just switching TAA on and off, there is a super slight sharpness increase on the player model but the rest is still low res

Do you have an Nvidia GPU?

If so, there's a driver tweak you can apply to improve the texture sharpness to a degree. Load up Nvidia Inspector and navigate to the MHW profile. Set your Transparency Super Sampling mode to Reply_Mode_All and set your DX LOD Bias to -0.5. Also, I'd recommend loading up ReShade and using one of the sharpening filters.

Below are some of my screen shots using ReShade's SMAA, FXAA, and Adaptive Sharpen filter with a -0.5 LOD bias.

It's TAA. Switch it to Off to remove the blur and sharpen the game.
It's Motion Blur, I have disabled all options and game still appearing blurry (just move fast the camera and make a screenshot, you will see you always have motion blur)

That's not what anti-aliasing does. "(in computer graphics) a technique used to add greater realism to a digital image by smoothing jagged edges on curved lines and diagonals."

There's a mod to remove the motion blur, but otherwise you can try to disable Volume Rendering Quality like others have recommended.

its uses TXAA, at a lower sample rate which it uses..it can..and does make everything blurry.

I can see what you mean about the breastplate. There's a mod that's offered as a band-aid until Capcom can address the low res texture issue. Testing it now.
