how do you get investigations for tempered monsters

i defeated the 2 b52s and when i go on expiditions i find tje tempered tracks but only one track then i search arounf the whole map for like 10 minutes and then i go home how do i find the tempered monsters

Tempered Monsters NEVER appear outside of their specific Tempered missions / investigations. You'll never find one roaming around randomly, sadly - and the special loot / reason for hunting them is purely to gain access to their special investigation rewards.

You have to get lucky to get a Tempered Investigation either by collecting tracks from Expeditions or a Tempered Monster in a investigation, or for breaking a Tempered Monsters parts.

Join someone elses Tempered Investigation via the SOS Flare thing, and you'll find yourself racking up lots of Investigations about them in no time at all, especially if you are diligent with collecting the tracks in the mission. Be quick about joining them when you see them though, they fill up near instantly.

Yeah though once you have at least one mission, you'll find they tend to self propagate rapidly, sometimes generating 2-3 Tempered Investigations per mission.

Also note, collecting Elder Dragon Tempered tracks will only spawn Investigations for other Elder Dragons...so if you want lower tier creatures, you have to farm from them instead.

So either join someone elses mission, or keep farming the tracks you find in the expedition mode until you finally trigger an investigation. It's boring, it's soul crushing, but it's all you can do sadly.

Keep rankin up ur HR till 29, then new assigned quest will appear which you will need to kill 2 tempered Boeing B-52, following that u will receive some tempered monster investigaiton

Also, tempered elder dragon unlocked after u reaching HR 50

Well, you have a CHANCE of getting an investigation.
I've spent 30 minutes collecting a ton of tracks from things and not gotten any investigations.

I promise ya, just try to hop into someone elses Tempered Investigations, don't be afraid of the big bad monster, most groups you find are running super DPS screw-you builds that chain traps and affinty boosters and what not, the monster will be dead before you know it, and when their parts get broken and you collect tracks, you'll generate an investigation - eventually.

It's like, I dunno, planting the seed. Once you have one, more and more will grow from it and if Tempered Investigations are all you do for a good while, you'll have more than you know what to rightfully do with - you'll actually be deleting the bad ones I.E 1 Faint / 15 Minute / 2 Players / 2 Special Rewards ones (or using them purely for collecting Tempered tracks and making more)
