Delivery Requests

I'm a bit confused / stuck on the delivery requests to unlock new camps. I've found a camp in area 8 of the ancient forest, I have more than enough of the required Ore and Bone but I don't know how to hand it in, I've run around Astera and the Reseach Base but can't seem to fingure it out, clearly I'm missing something. help?

On the research team just pick the delivery you want to hand and press accept.

It should be at Resource Center where you pick up bounties. "Complete deliveries"
