Grey Status - 3rd and 4th Optional Quests

Hello, everyone!
Anybody knows how to solve this problem that I got on Optional Quests?
Two and three stars quests are gray and I did all the quests: https://imgur.com/a/PO1ufIG
I looked the MHW wiki and there are 3 special arena quests that I didn't received on 3 stars quests.
On the 4th level, I did again all the quests and It's also gray.
How could I fix this to get "red" status?

Red means you complete all quests in the catergory, Blue means you have quests you are missing, but completed the ones that you do have.

For Special Arena quests to unlock you have to capture the monsters to unlock them.

well, as i see you didnt end the story yet. this means there may be quests you didnt found for now but that means you didnt did "every" quest, just every available at the moment

You may need to capture any monsters you forgot to capture. You can tell which ones you captured in your monster guide in game.

Doing so will unlock the arenas where you hunt those monsters.

I did all of them.
I see that we have some special arenas to get, however, per example, in the 3 stars quests, I don't know how to get the arenas.

You might need to capture them more than once for them to unlock.

I am not sure why that is. Are you HR5 or higher? The guide says that is the requirement.

Doesn't seem like there are special requirements. Try capturing it again. I would use an optional mission or investigation to make sure tobi is on the map.


I know that one or two of the side quests required me talking to someone, but I don't think the special arenas did.

in General, check to make sure there are no exclamation marks on the map (in both cities.)

You all are correct.
I captured a Puke-Pukei and the 3 stars Special Arena is available now.
It's quite weird this behavior to unlock the Special Arenas, because I did all the quests.
