Can you repeat the zorah magdaros quest?

Yeah it will be an optional quest after you first complete it though. Its not always up though so you have to watch for it stays around for two quests duration then leaves and comes back later.

It pops up randomly after completing quests. You can join other people's Zorah quests from SoS.

Also, if a random person is doing it, you can just join them and finish it.

best way is join random SoS requests. its very hard to fail this quest you literally HAVE to be messing up on purpose to fail this quest. so its a very SoS friendly quest and more people does make it go faster.

Yeah, there are repeatable quests for Zorah Magdaros and Xeno'jiivah. They will pop up from time to time and last 3 quests before disappearing again. They also won't both be up at the same time (so you don't have to worry about doing one and losing out on the other).

You can also join in on SOS runs for anyone doing their Assigned quest or doing the Optional ones that come up on rotation.

If you search for SOS flares focused on Zorah, you'll find plenty.
