Black bars

Sometimes I get black bars on the left and right of the screen when I boot up the game. Has anybody found a fix for it? I just have to restart the game, but it's still annoying.

Restarting the game is the only thing i know of that fixes it. But i found out that if the game starts in windowed mode and only switches to fullscreen once the capcom logo appears will result in the black bars. When the game already starts in fullscreen there are no black bars. I always close the game over the taskmanager whenever it starts in windowed. It's still annoying tho.

Check if your aspect ratio is on the wrong setting. Programs like geforce experiance can change it everytime you start or quit the game. Might be the reason.
