Sorry. But those people all worked to make the game you are playing. It's only right that they get the recognition for their efforts and contributions. Many companies put non-skippable credits simply because they want those credits to be seen by some portion of their playerbase.

This doesn't mean that you have to spend the whole time reading. You can instead go take a pee, grab a snack, refill your water, grab a beer, or respond to that work e-mail.
