sliders for armor coloring?

I got to the point where i can get high rank armor. I was wondering how come we cant fine tune colors like you could when creating a character. 😧

you can. go to the armory or your box and there's an option for it

there aren't any sliders to fine tune the colors though.

just preset colors to choose from

those are unlocked after you progress further in the game. i think after the credits roll

They might not be far or have zero idea what they are talking about. No worries. Most people who play MH games play so casually they never figure out you can change your colors xD

Does this game have some kind of transmog function that allows you to change your armor's appearance to the desired armor set / piece?

short answer, NO..

it would defeat the entire purpose of what makes monster hunter games armor progression special.. atleast for me, the reason im drawn to this game is that the armor i wear is like my badge of brag that ive defeated these monsters and made their strengths mine.

They added a system called Layered Armor. Unfortunately this game was in production before that system came out. They are working to give more layered for high level quests.
