This is the big problem here. Even on their event page it says nothing about special rewards.

Well, i looked around on the internet and every source i found said that there is no special drop for those 2 quests last week.

The Quest "Scrapping with the Shamos" this week, will award a special crafiting material to craft a headgear

You are thinking about the quest "Egg Lovers United" which gives the Kulu-Ya-Ku Head Alpha. Ya-Ku with That did not have any special rewards, so you didn't miss anything by not doing it.
