my friends gonna buy me world tommorow for decoding his message and i need to know if my pc can run it and before you ask i dont care how bad it looks its specs are i3 4gb ram intel hd 4400

No. That GPU will never run it properly. You could have easily figured that out yourself. 4 GB RAM is barely enough for low settings ASSUMING you don't have ANYTHING else demanding on the background. Just "i3" isn't specific enough but probably not. If it happens to be an Intel® Core™ i3 8350 4GHz then it would meet the recommended specs.

It'll run it, not very great in the games current state. Depends how much you care about fps and graphical quality tbh, if you can still enjoy a game where those things are not that great is completely a choice. You'll have to turn settings down till your frame rate it levels out to a playable state, whatever that is to you. Some people won't play at 40-50fps, to them it's unplayable, to others it's fine. I can't tell you how good it'll run, at the end of the day you'll just have to try it for yourself. You have a 2 hour window to play around with settings before you can refund it.

Edit: OH whoops 4gb ram is pretty low, I'm using 9gb of ram to play this game
