Silver Egg use?

So I ran into some items like "Silver Egg" and "First Wyvern Print" (something like that)

But, what are the use of these items?

Silver Eggs and other items described in game as only good to sell can be safely sold. They have no other use. Prints are used in crafting various items and also for melding.

if you look at the tool tip it should say in yellow (trade in item) it's literally useless and you sell it for zenny which you can sell all trade in items at once from the sell menu on the item box

I actually didn't see the item on my inventory, I just received it from the limited bouty thing

Trade-In labeled items are basically just there to sell. You can find them on the last page of your materials tab after sorting your inventory while selling at the vendor.

Wyverian print are like coupons you can use for melding. Melding is an in-game feature to exchange items for other items.

Eggs are Trade-In Items. They are meant to be sold, but it's better to only do it when you're strapped for Z's.
